Samsung DeX Review – All Hands on Tech

It’s tough to imagine swapping your laptop for a smartphone at your work desk, but Samsung is trying to make that idea as appealing as possible with the Samsung DeX.

This time on All Hands on Tech we review the Samsung DeX, company’s workstation accessory that allows users to use their Galaxy S8, S8 Plus, or Note 8 for a desktop-optimized version of Android. It’s a small station, roughly the size of a coffee mug, with a couple of USB ports, a LAN port, an HDMI port, and USB-C for charging. You just push the lid back and plug your Galaxy 8 device right into the USB-C port presented.

Last time on All Hands on Tech we took a first look at the new BlackBerry Motion. Remember the popular KeyOne that released this year? Well, the Motion is its keyboard-less sibling. You can check that out here.
