The Central region is made up of Ontario and Quebec and this year’s winner ESI Technologies is from Le Belle Provence. Just this summer CDN honoured this company’s Vice President of Sales Julie Cloutier at the annual CDN Women of the IT Channel event. Cloutier along with her senior leadership team and many of its employees have been serving the Central Region since Brian Mulroney first took office. That was five Prime Ministers ago.
