MSP tips for growth from N-able CEO

Scottsdale, Ariz. –N-able’s president and CEO has a tough goal for his managed service providers (MSPs) to meet by this time next year – double your number of customers.

Gavin Garbutt sees selling managed services in a post-recession market like meal planning. Small and mid-sized businesses are on a financial diet, so they don’t want the all-you-can eat offerings. But offer them a la carte options where they get just what they need, and it’s a sure fire sell.

By proving value and demonstrating need, MSPs will win over their clients and achieve that growth, he says. Garbutt shared a couple tactics he’s seen successful MSPs use in this video from N-able’s Partner Summit in Scottsdale, Arizona.
