Montreal solution provider launches Business Monitoring Suite

ERP Guru, a solution provider and NetSuite partner based in Montreal, has launched a new Business Monitoring Suite (BMS).

With a new approach to management advisory services, ERP Guru said the BMS will allow customers to monitor and benchmark their business in real-time versus their industry peers.

“We are very excited about this new offering,” said Martin McNicoll, ERP Guru’s president, in a statement. “We believe that the health and overall success of our customers is related to how well they use NetSuite. The Business Monitoring Suite presents the opportunity for companies to benchmark their business against others in their industry, and use NetSuite to its fullest thus making informed business decisions.”

The suite has two main components: a one-time Business Maturity Assessment (BMA) and the Business Monitoring Service. An ERP Guru Monitoring Team will guide customers through the Business Maturity Assessment, which will provide the foundation for specialized dashboards and custom alerts that will allow companies to stay up to date on business processes through the monitoring of KPIs and SLA metrics.
