Lucidworks launches new partner program

Shortly after partnering with Commvault in June, Lucidworks today launched its own global partner program with the company’s Fusion search platform in the centre of it.

The Lucidworks Partner Program includes training and certification by Lucidworks, which specializes in AI-powered search and data discovery solutions, and according to Will Hayes, the company’s CEO, they expect participating partners to target large companies.

“Our focus on putting partners first is key to our strategy to bring the power of machine learning and AI to our customers,” Hayes said in a statement. “With this launch, we are committing to customizing success for each partner. This allows our company and our partners to innovate together, blend our unique capabilities, and reach a broader range of organizations looking for operationalized AI.”

The Lucidworks Reseller Program includes three certifications: Authorized, Gold and Platinum. Other certifications under the new partner program include include Lucidworks OEM and SaaS – OEM partners looking to create their own solutions with embedded Lucidworks technology, or as part of a managed service cloud platform – Lucidworks Certified Partner Consultant and Lucidworks Certified Partner Engineer.

Brian Brockway, vice-president and CTO at Commvault, praised Lucidworks’ AI capabilities and said the new partner program will make it easier for their field teams and joint channel partners to collaborate and build new business opportunities.

“Commvault recognized Lucidworks’ innovative AI, machine learning, and cognitive search features very early on, which is why we are excited to be an early adopter and a Platinum Partner,” said Brockway. “This technology partnership will help extend our leading vision and commitment around data protection with integrated powerful tools that give our joint customers valuable AI-driven insights from their data.”
