ESET launches free marketing tool for North American channel partners

With majority of Canadian channel partners falling under the small-to-medium-sized business (SMB) umbrella, it can be difficult for many of them to justify diverting resources to marketing campaigns.

ESET, a Slovakian IT security company, has announced that its North American channel partners and resellers will now have access to its marketing centre, MindMatrix, for free, as a way to alleviate any marketing barriers affecting them. MindMatrix is an end-to-end automated marketing platform that can be accessed from one central dashboard.

It allows users to brand content and resources, as well as conduct email campaigns and manage personal databases.

“The ESET Marketing Center is free for all US, Canadian, and Caribbean partners purchasing directly from ESET,” the company explains in an Apr. 24 press release. “ESET has increasingly added resources into its channel partners to help them grow and succeed while enabling them to become a trusted security advisor.”

Once a partner sets up their MindMatrix profile, “all assets will automatically be co-branded and tracked back to the partner,” the company adds, which will let them view data and manage leads. The release notes that partners retain full control and privacy of their customer and prospective customer database.
