Rick has over 20 years' experience in IT with various technology firms, where he has held various executive positions in management, sales, marketing, and procurement, focusing on market expansion in Canada, U.S.A and Europe. With his entrepreneurial vision and company dedication, Rick has built profitable sales and marketing channels within multiple sectors, while collaborating with various technology manufacturers and distribution partners. Rick has been, and is still is active on numerous Technology Advisory Boards throughout the years and has also been honored with multiple awards during his career, as well as keeping active in the community by being an Auxiliary Police Sergeant with the Toronto Police Service, for which he was voted Class Valedictorian back in 2006. Rick enjoys spending quality time with his family and likes most sports including, Formula 1, hockey, soccer, golf, to name a few (with the bragging rights of getting a lucky 'hole-in-one' back in 2002).

As the President of CONPUTE, Steve brings over 10 years of technology consultation to both enterprise and SMB clients, as well as public and private sector expertise. Along with his sales and marketing experience he has transitioned the organization to focus on value added services and away from standard technology purchases. Couple this with the recent adoption of cloud-based platforms and mobile strategies for their clients, CONPUTE has positioned itself for the workforce of the future.

Steve is active in both the business and the community where he lives and works. He participates in the Whitby and Oshawa Chamber of Commerce and the Ajax/Pickering Board of Trade. Steve also frequently speaks at the Ontario K-12 Education Conferences related to technology. Currently Steve is also the co-president of the Maple Leaf chapter of Ingram Micro's Venture Tech Network where he works with Vendors and other VAR's to create a collaborative and valued experience for their membership. This year Steve's leadership help support winning Chapter of the Year in 2014. Under Steve's support and leadership the Maple Leaf Chapter has grown to become one of the leading chapters in an organization that brings together over 400 likeminded IT organizations in North America and the UK with over a billion dollars of IT spend and influence. Steve holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and multiple industry certifications.
