Solution provider gets creative with channel marketing

Ever wanted to see IT Weapons CEO Ted Garner dressed as a woman? Probably not, but you’ll get that and more in the Brampton, Ont.-based solution provider’s new web video “Operation: Trojan Horse – Part 1 – A Day on the Service Desk.”

Designed to showcase IT Weapon’s service desk capabilities managing client infrastructure remotely using Citrix technology, the video sees IT Weapons employees responding to a simulated “network emergency” at one of their client sites, as a new employee looks on bewildered. And it also sees Garner donning a blonde wig and lipstick.

Stay tuned for future episodes, which will hopefully reveal whether or not Garner lost a bet to president Jason MacBean.
