Channel Elite Awards: Part Two

2008 Channel Elite Awards, Part Two

The Channel Elite Awards represents something special because they are peer awards. These special companies are leaders in their field in areas such as Enterprise, Mid-Market, Small Business, Managed Services, Service, and in Marketing. CDN will also celebrate a successful collaborative solution provider as well.

In part two of the Channel Elite Awards Slideshow series the winners of Best Enterprise, Best Mid-Market and Best Service Organization are featured.

Best Enterprise Solution Gold

ThoughtCorp won the Gold award for Best Enterprise Solution by developing a Mobile Field Services platform that brought efficiency and helped its customer generate savings.

Chris Williams, pictured with Symantec’s Fred Patterson, said the Mobile Field Services platform uses real time communications and automated services to reduce call center calls, streamline the installation and activation process, and simplify installer’s activities.

Best Enterprise Solution Silver

Ves Bjelakovic of Lanworks accepts the Silver award for rolling out a solution for AEGON that simplifies management of the technology, satisfies the users, reduces the total cost of owning corporate IT assets, increases AEGON’s responsiveness to sales and marketing initiatives, and lowers overhead for the people managing the technology.

Gary McNally of Digica was on hand to pick up his company’s Bronze award for the work they did to help a law firm transition from an ageing network.

Best Mid-Market Solution Gold

David Westrheim, president of intelliNet, pictured here with Nick Tidd of D-Link, came all the way from Vancouver to accept the Gold Award for Best Mid-Market Solution for the work his company did with Dick’s Lumber of B.C.

The solution provider replaced the customer’s entire system infrastructure and integrated 176 users across three locations, realizing substantial cost reductions, increased operational efficiency, and improved customer service.
