Social media trends driving results for SMBs

Investments of time and resources in social media marketing are pay investments for small businesses, according to a new infographic.

Released by Score, a nonprofit association in the U.S. that works to support small businesses, the infographic indicates that 87 per cent of small businesses say social media helps their businesses, and recommends small businesses spend at least five hours per week using social media to help reach their target market.

According to data gathered by Score, 59 per cent of consumers see companies that are active on social media as more approachable, and 64 per cent of social media users want companies to answer questions on the network of their choice.
