Round one of Mobilicity vs. Telus goes to the underdog

While wireless startup is declaring “colossal” victory after a B.C. judge refused to grant rival Telus Communications a temporary injunction to take ads Telus feels are misleading off the air, they may not want to declare victory yet: there will be a trial.

According to a report from IT World Canada, a B.C. Supreme Court judge denied the Telus application for a temporary injunction to take the Mobilicity ads off the air in the province, but Telus will get to make its case in a full trial.
