Fusion-io talks Canadian channel strategy

Utah-based flash memory vendor Fusion-io (NYSE: FIO) recently made an expansion move in Canada by signing on with distributor Tech Data and partnering with a small group of strategic resellers. In recent months, the company has made several updates to its product line, including an upgrade to its in-server NAND flash card, the ioDrive2 and a new product for virtual machines.

Earlier this month, Fusion-io’s chairman and CEO David Flynn, visited Toronto and sat down with CDN to discuss the company’s strategy in Canada and how resellers can sell disruptive technology.
