CEA 2016 Best Security Solution

In its second year, the Channel Elite Awards category for Best Security Solution received many innovative solutions for the judges.

According to the Gold winner in this category, the world can be a dangerous place. Mississauga, Ont.-based Infinite IT Solutions helped their client avoid an unexpected IT-related disaster and allowed them to regain control of their environment.

It was the first time the company faced an unknown enemy and their ability to help protect a 100 per cent true Canadian company against international espionage.

Company CEO Joe Ussia said the Gold award for Best Security Solution turned the evening into a big night for his company.

Recently CDN awarded Infinite IT’s marketing manager Tania Galovic the Rising Star winner at the CDN Women of the IT Channel event.

CEA Silver Winner

Channel Elite Awards judges put this company from Toronto in the spotlight for a state-of-the-art security solution they co-developed with its customer. Navantis developed an application called College Branded User Interface for the Ontario College Application Service. This app delivered a unique solution to alleviate a frustration within the college community – something their existing private cloud could not deliver alone. This solution showcases the benefits of security while using infrastructure services, resulting in thousands of dollars saved.

CEA Bronze Winner

Jolera won the Bronze award in this category, but the company’s attitude towards security was a key aspect in its success.

The company believes security is of the utmost importance in this day and age especially if you don’t want to be part of negative headlines in the newspapers. The company created a subscription-based OPEX security solution for small to mid-sized businesses. Secure-I.T. is an enterprise-level security solution at an affordable rate for the SMB marketplace that enhances data security for their clients.
