Animal themed Bluetooth devices at CES

New York-based ImpeccaTM is planning to show off a Bluetooth zoo at the CES show in Las Vegas.

Called Zoo Tunes, the animal-themed speakers are small lightweight portable speakers that enable users to take music with them anywhere. The products feature a wireless Bluetooth range of up to 34 feet and fit in the palm of your hand. It also has a built-in rechargeable battery that lasts eight hours.

The company’s slogan is “Let Your Music Roam Free,” and Zoo Tunes is aimed at iPads, iPhones, notebooks, and other Bluetooth-enabled mobile devices. Zoo Tunes will also be targeted at games, movies, and music with its 40mm 2.0W RMS stereo speakers embedded in the animal’s eyes. Zoo Tunes is available in a variety of animal characters, including tiger, kitten, bear, rabbit, owl and panda. Zoo Tunes speakers provide full volume controls.

John Bock, President of Impecca, said Zoo Tunes speakers bring personality to your room. The cute speakers are small and lightweight, so you can take them anywhere, to the beach, parties, dorm room, office, or from room to room.

Zoo Tunes Bluetooth Version is priced at $49.99 and will be available in February at and major retailers. Zoo Tunes is also available in a wired version, priced at $24.99.
